We use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

An order through the website is considered solely as an offer to us to purchase the goods on our website.

We confirm the receipt of the order by sending you an automatically generated email. This is only a receipt of your offer to purchase, and thus no purchase agreement has been entered between us unless/until we accept your order with a separate email called the order confirmation.

The purchase agreement only pertains to the specific goods referred to in our email confirming our acceptance of your order. You should read and check the information in this email to ensure it is correct.
If the details in the email confirming your order are not correct, or if you are not satisfied with the details in the email, please contact us via our contact page.

The contractual language is Danish.

We store the content of the purchase agreement and send you the details regarding your order as well as our general terms and conditions via email.

You can also find the general terms and conditions at any time here.

We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our website are correct.

Information displayed on this website regarding pricing may be changed without prior notice. Upon placing an order, the price is locked, and it is thus binding as soon as you have received an order confirmation.

All our stated prices include 25% VAT.

Delivery costs depend on the desired shipping method.

Information displayed on this website regarding availability may be changed without prior notice.
We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on this site. All orders are subject to availability at all times.

We deliver to all countries within the European Union, but delivery times displayed on the website are for delivery in Denmark.

We will deliver the goods you ordered to the address you provide us at the time you place your order on the website.

Delivery will be made in accordance with the information on the product page after your order is accepted.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to, for example, you not being at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order. It is your responsibility to contact the courier company in order to arrange pick-up or re-delivery of packages that could not be delivered because there was no one to receive the package at the address.

Payment for goods will be made in accordance with the procedure explained on the information page "payment methods".

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, physically take possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter, phone, or email).

You can also use this standard withdrawal form, but we prefer that you simply send us an email.

The withdrawal period is considered observed if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided documentation of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In practice, this means that you could examine the item in the same way as if you were trying it out in a store.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, we will consider it as used and therefore, upon withdrawal, you will only receive part or none of the amount back.

When you trade with us, you have a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This naturally requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not occurred due to improper use of the product, wear and tear, or other damaging behavior.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the item. If complaints are made within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. This typically occurs by us sending you a return package label, allowing you to return the item to us free of charge with PostNord.

Complaints can be reported to us via email hello@valmontwatches.com
